We’ve partnered with the experts at Bando, who provide sustainable sports merchandise that makes a big impact on your guests, not on the planet. Every product sold is made using 85% certified recycled plastic materials and funds the collection of 1kg of ocean-bound plastic.

Made using 85%+ recycled plastics

Bando towels are made using Global Recycling Standard-certified materials.

Plastic bottles are shredded into flakes and melted down into pellets, then the pellets are extruded into yarn. The yarn is then knitted, cut, and sewn to make the core material used in Bando towels.

Funds collection of 1kg of ocean-bound plastic

In February 2022, Bando merged profit and purpose together and launched their '1 for 1kg' initiative, where they fund the collection of 1kg of ocean-bound plastic for every product sold through Eco-world Watamu.

  • Pro towel (30x70cm)

    Small in size, big on performance. The Bando Pro towel is compact enough to store easily, but built to handle the pace of golf, padel, rowing, gym training and more. Made from recycled post-consumer plastic waste, the waffle material is quick-drying, soft to touch and always within reach.
